Everyone has their own understanding of comfort, and this is not it.the question we will argue about. We just want to show one Moscow apartment, the area of which is very small, and the functional solutions are surprisingly simple and comfortable. A student lives here. His parents gave him this small apartment, believing that one young man does not need much to start with, and as a start in an independent life, this will be quite enough. In addition, the apartment is located in the very center of the capital. The parents and their son wanted the apartment to have an inspiring youth atmosphere. For help, they turned to the designers of the Liturinsky & Leost studio. Ronan Leost and Igor Liturinsky, designers Liturinsky & Leost is a design studio founded in 2005 by Igor Liturinsky and Ronan Leost. The studio carries out orders in a variety of areas, from restoration work to interior design and public space design. Over seven years, the studio has implemented more than 60 projects in Russia and other countries: France, Austria, Spain and even the Seychelles. liturinskyleost.ru There is an opinion that young people do not need much, they can live in any, even Spartan conditions. This is partly true, of course. And the designers even sacrificed some things for the sake of functionality, without which today in small apartments nowhere. The layout here is kept open, as it should be in studios. This saves a little space, which in apartments is "eaten up" by partitions. The biggest problem in one-room apartments is finding onea good and comfortable place for a bedroom. Considering that the tenant here is a young student, it would be possible to install a simple transforming bed. However, the designers went a different way. A full-size bed was placed in a niche. Its walls are decorated with colored felt. In the photo, you can see that the bed is on a podium. Since there is little space in the apartment, the designers decided to hide storage boxes there. The sofa to the left of the bed is custom-made from the same felt that decorates the bedroom area. And it easily folds out into an additional bed.

The bathroom in the apartment is also quite well doneextraordinary. This is a light cube made of glass blocks, which lets daylight into the bathroom in the morning, and in the evening, on the contrary, brings soft lighting into the room. In some way, this design refers us to the loft style, as does the entire design of the apartment. In particular, the brickwork. The bathtub was removed and a spacious shower was made in its place. And the designers deliberately left the irregularly shaped heated towel rail. In unison with it in the hallway, its shape was repeated in the clothes hanger. A window sill was placed along the entire wall of the room.It replaces the work surface, flows from the kitchen table to the work table. In the very center, a bio-fireplace is mounted, which does not require complex maintenance: you just need to pour flammable liquid there - and in a couple of minutes you can enjoy the coziness. But in the kitchen, you will not find an oven. It was abandoned in favor of a large washing machine, a hob, a hood and a refrigerator. There is a sliding wardrobe installed in the hallway, whichfinished with dark glass and mirror - thanks to this, the space seems complex, open, and there are no unnecessary things in the living area. The apartment, by the way, is not finished with imitation brick, but with natural old sawn brick, which was ordered from the "Workshop of Two Germans". The budget for all work was 2,026,000 rubles. The repairs were completed in two months.
