No one ever manages to visit everything, there is no need to even try. You need to choose what is interesting and useful for you, and try to get as much drive and positivity from the trip and exhibitions as possible, and not sore feet and a feeling of helpless frustration from wasted time.   • Credenza Collection by Patricia Urquiola and Federico Pepe for Spazio Pontaccio Gallery

  • Gufram on the Rocks in Galleria Carla Sozzani and Paul Smith flagship

The Gufram on the Rocks project is a story about 50years of designing “against the grain”. The gallery space will feature the most archetypal symbols of the brand. Particular attention will be given to the Poltrona object by Alessandro Mendini. The peculiarity of the chair is that its surface perfectly imitates the texture of Carrara marble. A photo of one of the Poltrona copies has been decorating the historical cover of Casabella magazine since the early 80s. And the artist Kris Ruhs, on the other hand, will present a completely new soft sculpture made of rusty iron, taken from its modular sisters, which, in turn, form a single whole.   • On top of all that, Cactus' iconic "coat hanger look"from Gufram will be shown in a “psychedelic reimagining” by Paul Smith. In honor of the 50th anniversary of the Italian brand, a limited collection of this product is being released - only 196 items. This time Morelato will be presented from an angleeclecticism of the artist Flavio Favero! Furniture installations will take on the outlines of human faces as soon as you take the right angle of view... With the help of the play of form, light and shadow, you will find yourself in the philosophical world of the artist, and over time you will begin to recognize the factory's new products.
