We have already managed to see many tiny, butfunctional studio apartments and huge mansions. In this variety of small and large, original two-level apartments have crept in, which are not very large in area, but the division into two floors allows you to create interesting interiors
The customer contacted the Millimetr design studio,when the rough work in the premises had just been completed. The design team was tasked with creating a project for a two-level modern apartment located in the historical center of Kazan, which would be rented out to guests of the city. Design Studio Millimetr Design Studio "Millimeter" is a team of young, talented specialists in the field of interior design. "Our job is to find the only one from a variety of interior design options that ideally combines logical, aesthetic and emotional solutions." The client was interested in implementing the project as quickly as possible, so the collaboration began not with the development of a stylistic solution, but with the creation of working drawings of the future apartment.
Initially, the apartment had a corridor layoutsystem with cutting into small and tight spaces. In order to visually increase the space, a studio space was created from the kitchen, living room and hallway.
Unreasonably large guest bathroom withpart of the corridor and the staircase formed a corner that did not carry any functional load. The unused square meters were used wisely thanks to the redevelopment, which formed a block with a guest bathroom and a spacious dressing room.
The center of the new apartment layout is an elongated two-tier hall, which separates the common and private areas. The entire interior was formed relative to this center.
In the studio space on the first levelthere is a kitchen combined with a dining area. The interior of the room is built on the contrasts of graphite plaster and glossy kitchen furniture, marble and honey oak slats.
The strict, straight lines of the living room are softened by modern radial lamps and an anthracite sofa group. Opposite is a TV on a slatted panel.
The highlight of the apartment is the attic bedroom.Agree that for a room of 84 square meters, such a configuration looks very impressive. All that was required in this room was to slightly emphasize its interesting shape. This was achieved with the help of wooden slats that continue the overall style. The bed, whose soft headboard looks large and voluminous, “softens” the interior.
