The famous Californian lifestyle portal GoopIn partnership with the world’s first professional cooking equipment system, Grand Cuisine, launched its new video platform. The first cooking video was released with the participation of the founder and mastermind of the portal, actress Gwyneth Paltrow, and the famous Swedish chef, owner of the restaurant Faviken (2 Michelin stars), international ambassador of Grand Cuisine Magnus Nilsson. In the recently installed “test” kitchen in the Goop office, using the Grand Cuisine system, Gwyneth and Magnus prepared several Californian dishes filled with simplicity and freshness. For inspiration, the heroes visited one of the Goop team’s favorite places - Guerrilla Tacos. Magnus Nilsson, using flax seeds and walnuts, made a light crispy cracker with a topping Cali Crispbread, and Gwyneth - Scandi Tostada, toast with smoked fish.
