Russian office: almost "like them", only better

Do you also enjoy looking at unusual offices?Western companies and dream that, perhaps, someday your workplace will be just as attractive and friendly? Well, stop dreaming, the bright future is already coming. You have probably seen more than once original, unique offices of Western advertising agencies, design studios and many other creative companies, in which even after a quick glance you not only wanted to work - many of us would not mind even moving to such spaces. Well, here is the good news: in our Mother Russia, there are also such offices. We will talk about one of them today. Dina Felde, designer Graduated from the Stroganov Moscow State University of Art and Industry. Worked in the Zoran Design bureau. Worked on the implementation of the project of the Russian Animated Film Festival, the International Film Festival in Serpukhov and the YoStudio yoga studio. In fact, this office, which belongs to the Action marketing agency, is not quite an office, or rather, not a workspace in the usual sense. The attic spaces in the Soviet-era building, designed by interior designer Dina Felde, are entirely dedicated to the idea of comfort for its permanent and temporary inhabitants. The idea for a working loft was an ambitious desirethe client to create a space that erases the boundaries between work and the rest of life. The premises are mostly completely open, only the meeting rooms are separated by shelves with live plants. The interiors are something between a summer garden and a cozy city park - wooden furniture made according to the author's sketches, many plants and bright details, such as a painted bicycle, several old boats and an entire wall of long-forgotten wooden abacus. Over the years of existence in the Action companya number of requirements for the workspace were developed, which Dina Felde successfully fulfilled. One of the main wishes of the customer was the creation of "flexible zones" where employees could not only comfortably perform the tasks assigned to them, but also be within constant reach of their colleagues. As has long been known, it is the open format of work, encouraging communication between team members, that gives the greatest creative result. Another requirement of the customer waseco-friendliness and hospitality of the space. In fact, this resulted in living walls, an automatic climate control system, natural finishing materials and huge windows that help reduce the amount of energy consumed for lighting. However, the idea of a comfortable stay for employees— is not the only goal pursued by the creators of this office space. Clients, customers and job seekers entering Action Loft should be instantly imbued with the idea and philosophy of the company. Which, of course, can be considered the main and fundamental stage on the path to mutual understanding. On the territory directly"production areas" each employee can organize a workplace for themselves in almost any corner they like, and yoga and cross-fit classes are also held for the staff. For the especially active, master classes are organized on a variety of topics.
