This children's room was designedtalented craftsmen for a young boy. The owners of the apartment wanted to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing workspace for their son that would fit seamlessly into the bedroom decor and would not take up much space. Instead of installing a massive desk in the room, the engineers came up with an original modular design that is distinguished by its laconic and sophisticated appearance. The staircase leads to the living room and playroom for the boy. At the same time, one of its crossbars is used to support the tabletop. The lower part of the set folds down, providing additional workspace. When it is not needed for creative activities and homework, it easily hides under the practical table. The other steps of the staircase are used to support the bookshelves, on which educational literature and accessories are located. The entire structure was made by specialists from Adrian Burns Design & Fabrication using strong and reliable steel, which provides high functionality, while complementing the minimalist and industrial interior. The architectural design was developed by Buttrick Wong Architects. The interior design of the children's room was done by Agins Interiors.
