He invited the Brazilian architectural studio Arthur Casas to carry out the work on the transformation of his new villa.
The house is literally embedded into the foundationa huge granite rock on the ocean shore and is surrounded by palm trees. A lot of stone was used in the exterior and interior design of the villa, but thanks to the sliding glass partitions that replaced some of the walls, this does not create a feeling of bulkiness. At the same time, the house is very light.
The ground floor contains utility rooms and guest rooms, while the master bedroom on the second floor can be accessed via a staircase.
