Bathrooms of the Future: Nano Soap, Transformer Shower, Origami Bath and Other Amazing Things – etk-fashion.com

All elements of the bathroom on four squaremeters, soap with nanorobots, a folding shower or a waterless sink? So far, this is science fiction, but the most serious work is being done on such elements, and soon they will be presented not as ideas, but as full-fledged innovations. Sometimes we come across amazing concepts that may soon be implemented in our everyday lives. Because ideas are truly amazing, unique and immensely important. It is for such ideas that Roca holds the Jumpthegap competition every two years, held at the Barcelona Design Center with the support of the We Are Water Foundation. This year's winners were three projects that represent innovative solutions , and these solutions are full of unique and promising ideas. The Btwist project It won the award in the professional category. Functional , including three full-fledged compartments that can be used simultaneously for different purposes. For example, washing hands, rinsing animals and washing. Convenient location, saving space and water, as well as a beautiful design are very suitable for a small bathroom. Project [Aria]2 This project won a prize instudent category. Being a shower, it combines several functions at once - this is an automatic rinsing and drying. Soap is no longer required, as well as a towel - an innovative shower model without walls will do it for you!Project Plura The idea of extremely careful savingwater is the essence of this project, which won the We Are Water Foundation's Sustainable Development Award. The simplicity of the idea and its uncomplicated implementation was appreciated by an international jury headed by Chinese architect Ma Yansong. A pedal that activates the water supply and a flush system that will not let a single drop go to waste is the ideal solution for those who want to use the possibilities of water supply to the maximum, which is in line with the ideology of We Are Water.Project B-thin All the following conceptsremained in memory only as participants of the competition, which, however, does not prevent them from continuing to surprise with freshness and "resourcefulness". For example, this project is a transformable bathroom, although visually it is a multifunctional wall with an area of 0.5 square meters. The wall is made using a system of folding panels: a sink, toilet and overhead shower are built into it. In addition to colossal space savings, this solution "takes care" of the environment, since a water recycling system is installed inside. Gloves Project:Wash and Dry This is a model of mobile or stationary equipment for quick hand washing and drying. The system is built into walls, which is ideal for public spaces. The main purpose of such a product is to provide people with the opportunity to quickly and frequently wash their hands. The process of use is extremely simple: the device disinfects the hands inside with compressed soap, then washes them off with a jet of pressure and dries them with a strong stream of cold air. Nanosoap Project Innovative development, powered by solar batteries, offers to wash the body without using water. The small device is equipped with nanorobots that independently search for dirt and dead skin cells and remove them from the body. This solution is primarily useful for people who cannot wash themselves. Nanosoap can also solve the problem of water shortage - redistribute this important resource to other vital tasks. Roca Analytic Project The authors presentedtechnological toilet in conjunction with a mobile application. This project allows us to analyze the state of our body, and the application gives recommendations on nutrition and lifestyle. The toilet cistern is equipped with an electronic display that synchronizes the CPU built into the toilet with the application. Sensors are installed in the plumbing itself, they analyze incoming waste products.Project Totem The project proposes a column, combining a shower, sink and toilet. This product will take up very little space, while meeting all your daily needs. The sink and toilet are located on opposite sides of the column. The shower system is set at an angle from the toilet side, allowing you to take water procedures without any obstacles. Origami Project Russian designer-architectpresented the concept of a folding bathtub. It is completely built into a small recess in the wall, creating a single surface. When it is time to take a bath, this design opens with one press on the outer panel. Guides run next to the wall, which facilitate the rapid opening of the bathtub using a system similar to origami. In the final version, we see a bathtub model reminiscent of a paper boat. The shower mixer and hose are also built into the wall and are ready for use after a light press.
