This complete and very beautiful project consists ofdetails that are interesting to look at both individually and together with each other. Although the modern classics in the "Stalin" building itself cannot leave anyone indifferent

— The Khamovniki project is a three-room Stalin-era apartment in the Moscow district of the same name. It was created for a young couple with traditional views and a love for the classics.

We set ourselves the task:create a light, cozy space using elements of American and European interiors. The apartment is dominated by light, dusty, gray-beige shades, natural materials and designer furniture.Related articles

We slightly redesigned the hallway, increasing its area and enhancing the effect with mirrors. We laid glossy porcelain stoneware with an unobtrusive texture on the floor.

The living room with Fornasetti motifs turned outelegant thanks to contrasting gray cornices and an abundance of moldings. Two compact partitions with lamps divided the room into a comfortable sofa and a welcoming dining area.

The task of organizing the kitchen spaceturned out to be difficult. With a small area, it was necessary to place a maximum of storage systems and household appliances. The young housewife loves to cook, and after long discussions, we decided to give up a full-size table in favor of a small tabletop and a couple of luxurious bar stools. Well, the sink under the window is the embodiment of the customer's dream. Since we did not use the separation of the hall and kitchen area with doors, we left a solid floor made of the same porcelain stoneware as in the hall. Related articles

The main decorative technique in the bedroom design was the use of designer furniture and decoration. Also, the wallpaper in the bed area served as a powerful accent.

Any classic interior is abundancetextiles, and we, working on the window decoration, chose only natural fabrics with a discreet texture. Thus, a Roman blind with silk ribbon and tassel trim appeared in the kitchen. In the living room, there are two-layer classic curtains trimmed with fringe, and in the bedroom, a similar solution of classic curtains. The furniture is upholstered in various types of velvet, which helped to make the interior even more cozy and inviting. We fell in love with this project at first sight, and while creating it, we lived a small but very beautiful story, adding our own shades and ideas about modern classics.
