His apartment, which previously belonged to his grandmother, is located in the large Brazilian city of Sao Paulo, and its modest footage is 40 square meters.
The architect inherited the property at a very early age.poor condition, shabby and unsightly decor - brown furniture fills the room with a negative atmosphere, and curtains impenetrable to light brought a dull appearance. The nature of a talented creator needed an inevitable change of appearance. This is how the apartment looked before the renovation work.
Although the total area of the apartments is small, itIt also had a poor layout: a modest bedroom, a more spacious and small guest room. Thomaz Rezende lived in such conditions for about a year, but his poetic soul could not stand them any longer. He asked the talented designer Marcel Martin to develop and implement a unique and charming interior. The master, in a creative alliance with another artist Fabio Soares Cesar, radically changed the interior of the home.
They connected all the rooms into one open andspacious space, giving it character and mood. Undoubtedly, this is a wonderful design option for small rooms, which are designed for several people.
