Does the interior have character? And if so, what should it be for both parents and children to live comfortably in the apartment? We compose a portrait of an ideal interior using the example of this Moscow apartment "Beauty, Man, Function". With this slogan, the architect Alexei Komov designated his new project - a spacious three-room apartment in Moscow for representatives of the modern intelligentsia. In 9 months he managed to create a discreet, but stylish, 100% functional interior in a house on Akademik Vinogradov Street. How? Let's tell you now. Alexey Komov, architect Alexey is a Moscow architect-researcher, a member of the Union of Architects of Russia and the author of the exhibition project "Kurortograd", dedicated to Soviet architecture in Crimea. In 1999 he graduated from the Moscow Architectural Institute and subsequently opened the "Alexey Komov Workshop". In 2014, he supervised the section of Crimean architecture at the Zodchestvo-2014 festival. He is a regular laureate of Russian and international competitions and the author of over 60 successful projects. The owners of the apartment are a married couple with a teenage daughter. He is a businessman in a leading position, she is a teacher in a gymnasium. A classic successful family of the 21st century, which needs an appropriate home. That is why the main wishes were comfort, aesthetics and functionality. The interior had to be such that each element in it fulfills some task, making the life of the owners more pleasant and easier, and at the same time pleasing to the eye. Alexey Komov, architect:- The main task of this project is to create a beautiful car for living, with its own unique image and character. To organize a comfortable space for the life of a Moscow family, where utilitarian functions would be organized logically and conveniently, without prejudice to the artistic image. Since the apartment is located in, no radical redevelopment was required. During the development of the project, it was decided to combine the living room and dining room in order to make the space more open and free. The living room is the main room, the core of this interior. It has a dining room, a kitchen, a lounge and other common areas. All these zones are combined with the help of carpentry furniture from two types of wood: walnut and birch. The semantic knot of the living room, connecting it and the living area - a classical wall with falshkanom and library. In the kitchen, we see a new color for the first time -blue, which is also found in the lining of the shower stall in the bathroom. In the kitchen, it is used in decoration. Despite the fact that the dining area has been moved to a separate dining room, there is a small bar counter with comfortable chairs and a plasma screen, behind which you can have breakfast or a snack while admiring the view outside the window. In the matrimonial bedroom, the mood changes: becomes more peaceful and gentle. The predominant brown tones throughout the apartment here give way to beige shades. The ornament on the wallpaper echoes with the decorative pillows on the bed, and the perfectly white ceiling - with a white soft headboard. The bedroom is well-organized storage: there is a small but roomy wardrobe, shelves and shelves around the TV. Alexey Komov, architect:- The color scheme of the entire apartment is dictated by a comfortable combination, classic and at the same time modern: warm wood and a fresh blue hue found on fragments of walls and cladding. Comfort, organics, traditions - these are the main criteria for choosing a color scheme. Most of the interior elements are an example of laconic Scandinavian design. Some of the furniture is made to order according to Alexey's sketches, the kitchen is from a German manufacturer. Alexei Komov, architect: - The source of inspiration was the era of post-constructivism, when machine forms of architecture and interior "became human". Forms and space are emphasized by the textures of the materials of decoration, color, while remaining functional and concise. Customers expected from the design of modern comfort, spiritual comfort, which can be reproduced inside the interior, and we did it.
