At the event held in the FTF interior salona lottery was organized by the Rational brand, during which very valuable prizes were raffled off. The event with the lottery was held in the FTF interior salon on Frunzenskaya Embankment with the support of the German manufacturer of kitchen furniture Rational. Designers, architects, representatives of the press, as well as partners and friends of the companies gathered here. The Grand Cuisine company, which this fall for the first time in Russia showed its already legendary system of preparing haute cuisine dishes, acted as one of the partners of this evening.
At the evening, Grand Cuisine brand chef PaoloPettenuzzo prepared for the guests very sophisticated restaurant-quality dishes that anyone can make at home, using the capabilities of the declared system of professional kitchen equipment. There was beef tartare with eggplant ratatouille, and also beef with porcini mushrooms, sweet and sour shallots and butter with thyme. For dessert, the maestro made crème brûlée from blood orange and cane sugar with dark chocolate chips.
The lottery from the Rational brand was held amongdesigners and architects of Moscow invited to this event. The winner of the lottery and the lucky owner of a Rational kitchen worth € 20,000 was architect Anna Snezhkova. In addition to the main prize, three more gifts from Grand Cuisine were presented.
