However, thanks to the specialists from the IKEA company, who developed and implemented the design concept of the library of a new format for the village of Maryino, as well as selected stylish and modern furniture, the cultural indicators in this area soared upward to the envy of the dollar and euro exchange rates. To attract the population to the source of knowledge is not an easy task. In the Maryinsky library, a surge in attendance is inevitable: here it was possible to create a cozy home atmosphere combined with stylish modern design, practicality and new technologies. It is a pleasure to read books here, hold events and activities for children, use the library computers with Internet access, or immediately connect to Wi-Fi. 
In a large room (total area of the libraryis 136 square meters) shelves with books (over 13,000 units) and convenient storage systems are located, but this is where associations with the library end and others begin. A beautiful carpet on the floor, comfortable sofas, an abundance of light and interior items that emphasize comfort - why not a living room in a real Swedish house! But the sign at the entrance returns to reality: the library of the village of Maryino. What a wonderful reality, I must admit! Its initiator and co-author, in addition to the IKEA company, was the Department of Culture of the city of Moscow, which initiated the renewal of the village center of culture within the framework of the library reform program.
