As part of i Saloni WorldWide Moscow, a competition among talented and young designers will be held from October 12 to 15
The most anticipated event for new employeesindustry — the competition of young designers SaloneSatellite WorldWide Moscow — will open its doors at the Crocus Expo 2 exhibition center from October 12 to 15. By the way, the interior design exhibition will be held at the same time.
The competition is designed for participation by young designers.Russia and the CIS countries under the age of 35. The SaloneSatellite WorldWide Moscow exposition itself is planned to be located between pavilions No. 7 and No. 8 in the atrium.
However, this is not only a chance to demonstratetheir strengths in the profession, but also a unique opportunity for young designers to communicate with representatives of the most reputable furniture companies. Do not forget that any competition is an excellent platform for the personal growth of its participants, because it is here that they can try their own strengths and, what is much more important, receive valuable advice and guidance from established specialists in the interior industry.
The competition will involve 44 students selectedcommission from the most prestigious professional universities of Russia and the CIS. The declared theme of the competition "New Materials > New Design" will draw the participants' attention to the competent use of the most advanced materials and their properties.
Works completed in the most important fields are accepted for participation.different styles. Contestants will be able to reflect not only their view on design as such, but also demonstrate their ability to combine modern world trends and the cultural heritage of their countries. Works by young designers from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Latvia are accepted for participation. Three contestants will reach the final.
To decide the fate of the participants of the 12th competition of young peopleThe designers of SaloneSatellite WorldWide Moscow will have a special commission, which includes: Luciano Colombo (founder and director of Annibale Colombo); architect Duilio Forte; Francesca Granchi (Sigma L2); and Olga Kosyreva (founder and director of the Olga Kosyreva Design Lecture Hall).
The award ceremony for the winners will take place at SaloneSatellite WorldWide Moscow on Friday, October 14, at 12:30.
