This apartment successfully combines brick walls, wooden decor, a black jacuzzi and a huge walk-in closet.
This is originally a standard apartment with threeadjoining rooms and a kitchen became brighter and increased the usable area by a whole meter as a result of the redevelopment. The designers swapped the kitchen with the bathroom so that the latter had a panoramic window, and also made the most of the usable area. Brothers Yuri and Sergey Lauri, design studio Lauri Brothers

The client of the project is a bachelor; he advocated for a bathroom with a window, an abundance of natural materials, as well as slightly rough, “truly masculine” textures.
Initially the apartment had three rooms (onebathroom and toilet). The customer was not satisfied with the small bathrooms, he dreamed of a large jacuzzi and a panoramic window in the bathroom. There were no special wishes for the kitchen, since he rarely has to cook. Therefore, the designers decided to exchange dreams of a kitchen with a bathroom, and in order to achieve a view, they decided to add a balcony to the bathroom. There was also a wish to arrange a small wardrobe for shoes and a wardrobe for clothes. The wardrobe for shoes was placed at the entrance, and for clothes - in the bedroom.
The client wanted the apartment to resemble bars andrestaurants, but was not deprived of coziness. Therefore, warm, honey shades of wood and only natural materials were chosen. All furniture and lighting in the apartment were made to order, according to individual drawings and especially for this apartment.
Kitchen: Ukrainian furniture company Anova, production time - 45 working days. Facades - sawn wood.
Living room: sofa and chairs Interia (Ukraine), broccoli color - to support the warm color of the wood and at the same time dilute the monochrome color scheme.
Bedroom: Interia bed (Ukraine), bedside tables - made to order according to individual drawings.
Bathroom: the countertop with a bio-fireplace was made to order according to individual drawings.
Lighting, door handles, copper pipe trimThe walls near the bar counter, the glass holder, the flower pot are the work of the Ukrainian company St.4. The metal corners on the walls and the glass holder have a color and texture that imitates rust, the painting is handmade.
— Textiles enlivened the interior and helped create coziness, that is why special attention was paid to textiles. We even hung dark curtains in pastel brown shades in the bathroom — without them, it would not have looked so cozy. And we have already written about the swamp color. The interior also features brick-like tiles made of concrete, on which the play of light is clearly visible. The plaster is made to look like wood, with the same concrete effect, cast using wooden formwork.
The doors were custom made.Since there are many copper elements in the interior, it was decided to make doors with copper handles the entire height of the doors - a simple element, but the doors became original.
They decided to do the entire bathroom in black and graphite to create a subdued, intimate atmosphere, while the wood, lighting and fireplace added warmth.
Floors: parquet board, in the hallway - wood-look tiles, which you won’t immediately notice because they are practically indistinguishable from parquet board.
Для нас в этом интерьере всё очень важно и ценно.Each element was carefully selected and individually developed. We constantly balanced between practicality, affordability and aesthetics. We did not want to simply install expensive purchased elements. The customer gave us complete freedom of action and budget, so we did not want to let him down and worked on every detail to the maximum to create an original and unusual interior, which may not suit everyone, but the main task was accomplished - the customer is happy, and we are proud of our work.
In order to recreate the country atmosphere inIn the conditions of a rather small city apartment, the designers used wooden finishing on the walls and ceiling, textured plaster imitating wood, brick tiles, beams, and also provided for an abundance of greenery, including creating a "green" wall with about 80 living plants. For wall decoration, in addition to wood, they used brick tiles, natural plaster, and environmentally friendly paints.
