Noble shades of gray, sensible minimalism andwinter garden under the stairs — designer Anastasia Sautkina shares the secret of creating a laconic and prestigious interior in which it is truly comfortable to live. The owners of the house — a family with two children — dreamed of a laconic and functional interior in a modern style. Large spaces had to be spacious, but at the same time cozy, and — to match the tastes of all family members. Designer Anastasia Sautkina took on the implementation of these and all other wishes. Graduated from the Russian Academy of Painting, Sculpture andarchitecture, specializing in "architect-artist". Completed the MArchI course "Interior Design" and the intensive course of the British Academy of Design in the direction of "Interior Design. Creative Workshop". For a long time, she worked in the Park Avenue Group design studio at the Ralph Lauren Home, BarbaraBarry and ParkAvenue salons, and is currently running her own projects. www.sautkina.com Taking advantage of the fact that the house has two floors, Anastasia decided to functionally separate them: give the first to public spaces, the second to living rooms. Thus, on the first floor there is a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen and staircase area. The floor throughout the entire floor is finished with Roberto Cavalli tiles. The entrance hall is separated from these areas only by a translucent glass partition and remains integrated into the overall composition of the first floor. The ceiling height in the living room is 6.5 meters, andHuge panoramic windows only enhance the effect of open space. The wall with the TV is highlighted by a plasterboard structure, continuing onto the ceiling and accentuated by lighting. The "soft" zone is divided into two parts: one, with an L-shaped sofa and a table, is intended for watching TV, the other, next to the exit to the terrace, is directly for relaxation. The living room area is separated from the dining rooma column-shelf made of American walnut. On one side it is equipped with side shelves with lighting for storing books, the other is decorated with a mirror. With the help of this technique, the effect of “dissolving” the wall in the dining area is achieved. For the kitchen finishing, the designer chose black gloss and American walnut, the apron and countertops are made of Calacatta marble. The staircase area is illuminated using vertical aluminum profiles with LED strips, and a small winter garden is located under the staircase. There is also a guest room on the ground floor.bedroom with a separate bathroom. The room is done in light beige tones with an accent in the form of a soft blue bed that takes up the entire height of the wall. For the bathroom, the designer chose richer chocolate tones against the same light neutral finish. Opposite the entrance to the guest bedroom is locatedoffice. It turned out to be very warm and bright due to the color scheme and wooden shelves, in the cornice and plinth of which soft lighting is built in. A system with open shelves and drawers was designed to organize storage. On the second floor are the members' bedrooms.families and 3 bathrooms - one per room. Each bedroom also has its own dressing room. At the request of the owners, all bathrooms on the second floor were designed with showers instead of bathtubs. In the master bedroom, in addition to the bed, there is a full-fledged sofa group by the window. The bed is recessed into a niche with a soft headboard, bedside tables are also built in, as an unusual accent - a geometric ceiling. The color scheme is very soft, gentle and calm, conducive to sleep and comfortable rest. The bathroom furnishings are extremely minimalist: only the most essential plumbing, simple shapes, neutral colors and plenty of storage space. The walls and floor are covered with marble-like porcelain stoneware. Each child was assigned their own nursery, the entrance to each is organized through the dressing rooms. Initially, the eldest son was offered a metropolis theme, and the younger one - travel motifs, but in the end, the city history migrated to the younger child in the form of a poster above the bed, and the eldest opted for neutral brickwork and a gray-blue color scheme. As already mentioned, each son was allocatedtheir bathroom. Both are designed in the traditional minimalism of this interior. At the same time, they are not devoid of decorative elements: for example, in one bathroom we see interesting laconic candlesticks. Sketches of the project by Anastasia:
