With your own hands

Floor stand for clothes with their own hands. Master Class

In winter, you really want to add a twist to your interior,to cheer yourself up, but you either don't have enough time or money. If you have 20 minutes to spare, we'll tell you how to make an inexpensive hanger with trendy copper elements in that time. The historically formed passion for non-ferrous metals has always influenced fashion and design, including interior design. However, successfully using a noble metal in interior decor is much more difficult than, say, in jewelry production. We know many examples of such design failures. Just look at the notorious golden toilets! Copper is rightfully considered a ray of light in the dark kingdom of decorative non-ferrous metals. It was on the list of the main interior trends last year and is still confidently holding its position. There is something about this metal that makes copper items incredibly stylish, elegant and stylistically universal (they are equally appropriate in both classic and modern minimalist interiors). Today you will see that even small copper elements cannot go unnoticed in the interior of a room. For this, we have prepared an interesting and simple master class on making a stylish hanger from copper plumbing accessories and wooden sticks. All you need to create such a miracle:

  • six copper mouths (knees),
  • four copper tees,
  • four copper plugs - all with the same input diameter,
  • a round wooden stick of the same diameter of 5.3 meters long, cut into pieces,
  • two lengths of 125 centimeters,
  • two lengths of 70 centimeters,
  • four lengths of 20 centimeters,
  • six lengths of 10 centimeters.

So, after you have used the sawcut a round wooden stick (or sticks) into 14 pieces of the required length, you can begin assembling the structure. Use our simple and clear drawing. For convenience, each wooden piece is marked with a Latin letter corresponding to a specific length: a (125 centimeters), b (70 centimeters), c (20 centimeters), d (10 centimeters). For additional fixation in the assembly areas, you can use glue. The whole process will take you no more than 15-20 minutes. And as a result, you will get a stylish, functional designer hanger that will attract everyone's attention with its fashionable copper details. my-lifeboxblog.com
