The clients of this project have a large family with three children, and the author had to determine a place for each of them: for parents - for rest and occasional work on the computer, the eldest son (14 years old) - his own corner with a minimal but comfortable set of everything necessary: a bed, a wardrobe, bookshelves and a workplace; the younger children of one and two years old - a common children's room with a bedroom and several play areas. Margarita specializes in the design and decoration of various spaces, but especially loves working on the arrangement of apartments. аrchitectured.ru All this was possible due to the large number of windows in the apartment: according to the new project, each of the private rooms has one window, the parents' bedroom also has an exit to the balcony, and the common family space is illuminated by as many as three windows, which creates a visual illusion of space. When planning the apartment, the objective need for storing various things was taken into account: a pantry and several niches for installing built-in wardrobes were organized, which made it possible to place a lot of not only children's, but also adults' things. The bathroom and toilet were separated due to the lack of opportunity to organize another toilet.
The main rooms of the apartment are designed in white,space-expanding color. In order to diversify the background, the author added several bright details. The floor is filled with polyurethane, the walls are painted white, massive kitchen furniture is the same snowy shade, and the rest of the furniture is a combination of natural wood colors with neutral textile upholstery. Polyurethane flooring is a smart and practical option for any family with children, since natural wood coverings lose their marketable appearance after the first creative evening. And the presence of bright accents is especially useful for interiors where children live - for the correct development of their psyche, contrasting shades are simply necessary.
