Following our first report with the famousexhibitions, where there were many Instagram impressions and mobile phone shots, we invite you to dive into the world of Parisian decor thoughtfully and thoroughly. In our article, you will get acquainted with 29 brands - trendsetters in home decor Great things can be seen from a distance - our editors agreed and decided to make the second part thorough and practical. So, the Parisian home decor exhibition Maison & Objet was successfully held from January 22 to 26. Sometimes it was pouring outside, sometimes the sun was shining, but in nine pavilions (we considered 5A and 5B as two different pavilions) of the main European decor salon it was warm, cozy and festive every day. 150,000 visitors were satisfied. Even a two-level security check and, as a result, decent queues at the entrance did not spoil the mood. And in order not to introduce confusion into the story about vases, poufs, carpets, armchairs and sofas, we sorted everything by brand. Our choice (including those we mentioned in the first report) fell on 32 brands. There were about 3,000 participants in total. This means that our eyes chose only a little over 1% of them. One of the most striking stands of the exhibition wasMissoni Home exposition with new collections of textiles, carpets, mirrors, ceramics and furniture. Our editor-in-chief will soon publish an interview with Rosita Missoni, the founder of the fashion house. In the meantime, enjoy the beauty. It was easy to pass by Gianfranco Ferre Homeimpossible: sustained conservative style of furniture, exclusive "suit" upholstery. The entire home collection is made at the Jumbo Collection factory. World famous crystal manufacturer— Lalique — this year focused not on vases and plastic, but on elements that the factory makes for furniture. If you really want to integrate Lalique into your project, you can even order nameplates for chairs from the factory. This factory is very popular among architects and designersrevered. The lamps produced by SigmaL2 have a recognizable style, close to Art Deco. And the factory also makes models of any size for the designer's project. Even five-meter-high chandeliers. Uvays Heydarov, "Kitchen Interiors":— Maison & Objet is a truly diverse exhibition. Furniture, decor, textiles, paints, porcelain, fragrances and home decorations, even the futuristic Fazioli grand piano by designer Philippe Gendre — everything looks very attractive. I liked the unusual Serip lamps and, of course, the home collections of famous fashion houses such as Missoni, Gianfranco Ferre and Etro. The romantic story of the formation of the Missoni brand, which I overheard during an interview with Rosita Missoni to the editor-in-chief of the magazine, especially touched me. The amount of warmth, soul and trepidation put into each collection by this family makes the Missoni brand even more attractive and closer to the concept of "home comfort". For connoisseurs of famous brands, this is a great opportunity to decorate your home with items from your favorite brand, which has a history, impeccable quality and recognizable style. The inspiration for the designers of the Serip factory is nature: drops of water, icicles, stalactites, leaves, tree branches, shells - the forms are read literally at first glance. And how good they are, their lamps! Would you like to have a nursery like this? This is Portuguese manufacturer Circu. The company is only a year old, but their collections of children's furniture are fantastic. Literally. From the porcelain manufactory Fürstenberg, existing since 1747, we expected innovations, but rather in the field of forms and decor, and not in the field of technology. However, we were wrong. The exhibition showed an exceptionally beautiful collection in a minimalist style, the main feature of which was precisely the technological innovation. All items in the Omnia collection are made of two-layer porcelain with thermal properties. That is, a bowl with hot soup will be cold to the touch, and a cup with an ice-cold drink will be the same room temperature. And of course, dishes and drinks in this dishware retain their temperature longer. Amazing. Read more in the near future in our interview with the creators of this miracle. At the Sophie Villepique stand, every year there is “goldand pearls": unusual tableware and table decor items, decorated with stones, rhinestones and gilding. We were not left indifferent. By the way, items of this brand are successfully sold in Moscow. Everything was beautiful at the Etro Home Collection stand! No comments. Famous English paint manufacturerFarrow & Ball presented its new collection. We will be honest, if the editors had to choose a light paint from this new collection, we would choose for several days. There are a lot of shades and everything is just superb.Munna is a stand that has never been overgrown by the people, including Russian designers who have visited here from time to time. Portuguese Art Nouveau in a beautiful execution.Once upon a time, this brand's boutique was located onBolshaya Dorogomilovskaya. Tiny and cute. The boutique closed, but the love remained. Cyrus Company remains true to itself: the same luxurious combination of white and gold in a variety of textures. For many regulars of Maison & ObjetA visit to the Asiatides stand has already become a mandatory part of the program. The oriental style is very subtly interpreted here, and all collections are, of course, designed for the taste of Europeans, who are attracted by this most mysterious East. We found a new brand for ourselves - Thierry Vide. The company now produces lamps made of perforated metal that look like sculptural compositions in interiors. This is no coincidence: the founder of the brand is a well-known urban sculptor in France who has been creating art objects for cities around the world for 40 years.Another iconic French brand is Cote Table. This year, the pavilion, stylized as a winter garden, made the biggest splash. Although the table decor in pink and purple tones was also popular. There are factories in France that few people know aboutknows. At the same time, their furniture is used to furnish castles and palaces. Ehalt is one of these factories. According to its owner, the craftsmen most of all love to work in historical styles that existed before the Napoleonic era. It is in them that one can show off all the skill of cabinetmakers, of which the company is so proud. Read a detailed interview soon. And here is the stand of the fashion brand Dialma Brown, which grew out of the famous Italian company Marchi Group. Both designers and customers go crazy about Dialma Brown products just as much as about Eichholtz. The phenomenon of such love is in the verified assortment of eclectic furniture and accessories. Almost everything becomes a bestseller. Richmond Interiors — good, high-quality and stylish furniture. Popular with Europeans and Russians. The editors especially recommend sofas. The iconic French brand Mis En Demeure makes furniture that is very artistic and memorable. Another Belgian brand offeringa complete interior concept, from furniture to accessories — Dome Deco. The color combinations are bright and conservative at the same time. And the furniture is more suitable for those who want to create an interior for a decade. The stand of the French company Koziel attracted attentionattention of a large number of designers. The trompe l'oeil wallpapers were so realistic that I wanted to take more and more photos of this unusual exhibition. In addition to artistic wallpapers, there were also artistically painted panels. A designer's dream. Dutch brand Braxton Home Collection showed very cozy collections. The stand of the Cravt Original company can be safelycall it "editor's choice". We really like how they mix textures, colors, materials and styles. Here you can see anything: a chandelier made of natural rock crystal, a vase covered with python skin, a bureau with a galush finish, a table with a mosaic of semi-precious stones. In a word, for treasures and rarities - here! Roberto Cavalli Home had an unusually calm and restrained style this time. Gray, purple and black colors turned out to suit the brand very well. Another discovery of the exhibition was the Dolly standarchitect Oksana Lychagina, where the author presented a collection of unique plates and decorative panels. The collections aroused great interest among Europeans. A detailed interview will be available soon. One of the most luxurious furniture stands inhistorical styles were at the famous French brand Moissonnier. The boudoir style, where burgundy is so exquisitely combined with black, and the furniture is intentionally slightly reduced for greater comfort, looked simply incomparable here. At the end of the report we left the most"tasty" - collections of three famous brands: Michael Aram, Haviland-Daum and Sieger by Fürstenberg. At the stand of the American brand Michael Aram was the owner and designer of the brand himself - Michael Aram. Read the interview with him soon. In the meantime, enjoy contemplating his creations, these are museum-quality items. The Haviland-Daum stand displayed simply luxurious items from the new collections. It was impossible to remain indifferent. And finally, the Seven collection, created byMichael Sieger for Sieger by Fürstenberg. That it is beautiful is undeniable. But beauty is not its main advantage. This collection has an incredibly interesting concept of use, which we will talk about in more detail in the near future in an interview with Michael Sieger.
