The most difficult stage of the redevelopment was combining all the loggias with the rooms. As a result, only one cold balcony remained, all the other loggias "went" to the living room and bedrooms. The architects also slightly changed the walls in the toilet and in the bathroom. After the project is approved, the authors immediatelystarted visualizations. Since this was not the first request from the customers, the architects already had a good feeling and understood what exactly the client wanted, so the project was accepted almost from the first time. The authors of the project understood that they could not be afraid to experiment with color and use bright shades, because this is exactly what customers like.
