On the Spanish coast, a team of architectswas able to design a unique structure that blends into the rock, but immediately attracts the eye. An ordinary hill on the coast in the southern part of Spain has become an extraordinary architectural object, which can be seen even from afar. Inside the rock with a slope of 42 degrees, there is a huge comfortable house, made in a futuristic style with an innovative approach. The development of such a unique house forThe architectural studio GilBartolome Arquitectos worked on the young couple from Madrid. The task was to integrate into the difficult terrain as effectively as possible. The façade, reminiscent of either the head of a chthonic monster or a sea shell, hides a much larger space inside than it seems at first glance. The interior is located right in the rock and contains, in addition to bedrooms and bathrooms, a living room of 150 square meters. The white walls are striking in their relief andelegance, completely erasing the feeling that somewhere above your head there are cubic meters of earth and stones. In addition, the design of the house assumes massive supports inside and curved reinforced concrete roofing in the form of tiles, which play with the curves of the geometry of the terrain. All the rooms face the sea, andOpen glass balconies are a great place to watch the sunrise and sunset. At the same time, a surprisingly clean and light breeze will gently embrace the residents, strengthening the desire to never leave such a beautiful place.
