Designer Timothy Barry and a group of Spanish architects are currently in the process of realizing their idea: they are finalizing the remodeling of an old New York house, turning it into a five-story ultra-minimalist townhouse. Unique technical and technological solutions will be implemented here, and then the happy tenant - and the house is planned to be rented out - will be able, from anywhere in the world, to manage the life of his unusual home using the iPad. 
One movement of the hand can be from afar, for thousandskilometers, turn on the lights and the air conditioning system here, turn off the heating or other household appliances. The built-in kitchen takes up very little space here and is closed from prying eyes by a sliding wooden structure. The main idea of the authors of the project is not to overload the townhouse with either furniture or decor. There is very little of this here.
