Interior in loft style: 5 best projects and authors of works

At the end of the year, the results were summed upanother competition for young designers to design lofts. We looked at all the works and chose the 5 most impressive ones to show them to you. On December 11, in the cozy exhibition space of the Exposed gallery on Shabolovka, a gala awards ceremony was held for the participants of the annual competition for young designers, which was organized by the Neuhaus gallery. The main partner of the event this time was the OCCHIO company, which specializes in the production of unique lamps. This is how the theme of this year's competition was born: "Color and light: playing with mood." Participants were asked to create projects for loft-style houses - conceptual interior design, where these two categories would help to reveal the possibilities of the space to the maximum. All the works were good, and we will show you the five most interesting, in our opinion. They were among the winners named by an authoritative jury. 1. "Charles Merion" by Anastasia Izvolskaya and Yanina Zatolokina The jury unanimously awarded first place to the project called "Charles Merion", developed by Anastasia Izvolskaya and Yanina Zatolokina from the Art Up studio. The contestants came up with an unusual move and decidedto create a project for an apartment for a color-blind artist (the 19th-century artist Charles Meryon is his prototype) and his wife with normal vision. The result is a very talented interior, where the color scheme is maintained in shades that are equally comfortable for both spouses. Judging by the sketches, this project is so good that it would be ideal for many other connoisseurs of convenience, coziness and a calm atmosphere in their own home. 2."House with a Tree" by the Mad Mouse group One of the two second places was taken by the "House with a Tree" project, developed by the Mad Mouse group consisting of Ferdinand Kuchkulyan, Vitaly Sergeev, Igor Vasiliev and Daria Filinkova. The authors came up with a restrained and at the same timequite an exquisite interior for a bachelor producer. In such an environment it is comfortable to relax, engage in creativity, and also pleasant to receive guests even in the brightest and noisiest format. To change the mood of the space, the project actively uses colored light, radically changing the image of the apartment from the state of a quiet "den" to the format of a "night club". Our opinion:— Modern architects call lofts the homes of the 21st century for good reason, because such space organization is mobile and easily adapts to the mood of its owner, be it a creative person, a businessman or a politician. 3. "Dutch Motifs" by Daria Kolesnikova Daria Kolesnikova from "Elena Gorenshteyn Workshop" shared third place with Anastasia Romanova (project with the design of the brutal loft "Game Programmer") and Kristina Rykova (project "Oasis").The jury noted the project "Dutch Motifs" fora subtle interior aesthetic for a young family of travelers, where classics easily combine with modernity, and dark walls become the perfect backdrop for an elegant collection of works of art. 4."Blueberry LOVE STORY" by Ksenia and Anastasia Makarov The competition partner Manders presented the sisters Ksenia and Anastasia Makarov with a prize for the best use of color — a certificate for 40 liters of paint. The prize was presented by Manders CEO Alexey Eliseev."Blueberry LOVE STORY" is amazingly good! The color palette is unusual, but its shades look very harmonious. The interior turned out to be warm and gentle, cozy and attractive. Bright objects are perfectly combined, and a successful lighting solution softens the sharpness of contrasts and gives softness to the overall appearance of this loft. Our opinion:— Almost any idea can be successfully implemented in a loft: bright color accents or unusual decorative items do not dominate the decor, but balance it if the designer decides on bold experiments, and at the same time observes a sense of proportion. And then even the abundance of blueberries is mesmerizing — you just want to change your city apartment for a loft to create the same beauty there! 5. "Fashion Designer" by Elena Nepryakhina Alexey Eliseev presented another special prize from the Manders company — he awarded Elena Nepryakhina's project "Fashion Designer" for the most beautiful hand-delivered presentation. Elena left the event with a basket of materials for creativity. The name of the project explains its presence ininterior of some details. The search for new forms is reflected in everything: in the zoning of the loft with light, in the arrangement of furniture and in bright accents of decor. Such a loft combines the functions of a living space and a work area. It is convenient to relax here, develop fashionable ideas and receive companies of friends or colleagues.
