Everything was possible in this apartment - redevelopmentmade it possible to find space for a laundry room, a spacious dressing room and an additional bathroom, and the bright color scheme added character and style. Thanks to the unification of the kitchen and the living room, this apartment managed to allocate space for a laundry room, and the redevelopment also helped to expand the functionality of the private area - so a spacious dressing room, a balcony and a private bathroom appeared in the master bedroom. — The redevelopment was done taking into account the specific featuresapartments and based on the preferences of the customers, their habits and wishes in everyday life. We managed to implement all the customer's wishes and maintain the correct architectural proportions.
It was possible to zone the space with the help ofnewly erected walls and correction of openings. For example, the master bedroom became a separate private area with a spacious dressing room, a balcony and its own bathroom. And by combining the kitchen and living room, it was possible to allocate space for a laundry room, which, in my opinion, is necessary in any modern home with such an area.
My favorite stage of working on a project— this is working with color! Color creates the mood, atmosphere and character of the interior. In the hall, kitchen, living room and corridor on the first floor, all the colors are tied together, they echo each other, thereby uniting the living room area. The tone for everything was set by the emerald tiles on the kitchen apron, which were bought from leftovers and were simply impossible to pass by. Wallpaper with a graphic pattern was chosen to match it, decorating one of the walls in the living room. White and graphite walls work as a background and perfectly highlight details and accessories.
The owners' private area and children's rooms are designed in calmer tones, but there are also color accents here.
All rooms use different lighting scenarios to create a comfortable atmosphere depending on the occasion or mood.
Since the project deadlines were very limited, and also due to the small budget that the clients had, almost all the furniture and lighting had to be purchased from what was available. Most of the cabinet furniture was made to order based on sketches.
