The owner admits that since childhood she was captivated by the romance of the 40s and 50s and began collecting household items from that time while still in school.
The girl received her first higher education inin the arts. She then worked in London with photographer Alice Hawkins as a make-up artist. Anastasia then went to the University of Canterbury to study sociology.
The girl mastered her current profession fromdespair: for a student about to get married, money takes on a special meaning. Besides, Anastasia's luggage only included boxes of table china and lots and lots of vintage curtains.
Over time, the part-time job turned intoprofitable business, the girl got her own apartment, as well as a sea of ideas for its decoration. A huge number of "working materials", for which there was no longer enough space in the warehouse, became the basis for the future decor. Furniture and textiles were selected to match old cups and peeling jugs.
To “collect” the various acquisitions andfinding together, the owner chose the easiest way - to paint everything in a creamy shade. Thus, mahogany, orange walls and golden baguette merged into one harmonious and very feminine picture, best "shading" its owner - a platinum blonde imitating Veronica Lake.
