Project of the week: how to make an apartment comfortable and fashionable

1

Today we will show you an apartment that hasplace and bright design, and cozy bedrooms, and a charming nursery. And there are also many great ideas that are worth taking a closer look at if you are planning to make renovations. This interior was created on the border of art and dreams. It combines classicism and Suprematism (the avant-garde trend in art), forms of the 60s of the last century and modern materials, bright colors and nostalgic painting. Alexey Afanasyev, architect Lecturer at the Department of Architecture, South Ural State University. The living room seems to have left an avant-garde canvas: against a classically decorated background - three colors (white, red, black), bold combinations of shapes, textures and materials. Direct lines, classical forms, bright shades, the three primary colors - black, white and red - are taken from Suprematism, complex bright forms migrated from the 60's, there is a bold and slightly nostalgic painting. It may seem that the items for the living roomchosen at random - they are very different in style and shape. However, take a look at how organically they look together. The carpet pattern is repeated on the TV stand, the British flag pillow echoes the armchair a half meter from the sofa, and the tables with a wire base seem to be specially matched to the dining chairs. The nursery, in contrast to the living room and the corridor, is created exclusively on delicate color combinations. The theme of Suprematism continues in the corridor, and in the hallway is transformed into a loft. Another bright move is the red kitchen located in the same corridor. In the bedrooms avant-garde motifs come to naught, giving way to pastel shades and a dreamy-romantic mood. Look how interesting is the stucco molding: its rosettes adorn the textile panels on the bedroom walls. A sconce is not a sconce, but lights hanging on chains with large base brushes.
