For this project we had to doredevelopment, because the space consists of two combined apartments with an attached common corridor. We did not violate the integrity of the wet and living areas. But still, we did a global redevelopment. The customer's main desire was to place a sauna and spa area with an exit from the bedroom. Which we did. There are also four children's rooms, an office, a large kitchen-dining room-living room, a guest room and a utility room.

The colors we used for this project arenatural, natural. The finishing materials themselves dictated the color scheme of the interior. These are mainly light and beige tones, textures of natural stone, light and dark wood.

Wallpaper is not used.Minimalism loves clean lines. The walls are ready for painting. Paint from the Japanese manufacturer Kansai Paint, recommended for use in the kitchen area, does not absorb odors, with a nanoformula that prevents the emergence and development of mold. The paint is opaque.
Floor covering - engineered board of the companyEсxoFloor. There are three layers of birch plywood, covered with 3.5 mm of natural wood on top. Impregnation - UF oil, approved for use in children's institutions. This coating can also be used to cover a warm floor, because plywood is stable in conditions of sudden changes in climatic conditions.
